Civil Works, Inc. is the Prime Consultant for this Milling and Resurfacing project with Safety Improvements in the Islamorada Village of Islands, in Monroe County. The scope included milling and resurfacing with widening (mainline and shoulder) (almost 3 miles), extending the FKOHT shared use path, adding bicycle keyholes, new guardrail, replacing WIM sensors, avoiding wetland impacts, obtaining license agreements and off-system agreements for work outside FDOT ROW, signing, pavement markings, lighting, and landscaping.
